In the instance that you will require a custom filter, please raise a new case and reference the title of this article.

One of our support analysts will assess if it is possible for them to make the changes to the filter.

If the filter will need to be completely customised, our support analyst will need to get in touch with the account manager to provide a quote and schedule the change to a completely customed filter.
