This article explains how to enable gift vouchers on a product and define how the voucher can be used, including validity, value type, and which products it applies to.
📌Note: If gift vouchers need to be sold on the website, you must be using version 11.1.53 or later.
Set Up Gift Vouchers to Be Sold with a Product
Open the Stock module.
Click Products/Pricing, then click Products.
Select the product you want to use, then open the product details.
Click the Gift Voucher tab.
Select the Create gift voucher(s) option.
Configure the gift voucher settings as required.
Gift Voucher Settings
Use the available options to define how the gift voucher works.
Multiple use determines whether the total gift voucher value can be redeemed more than once.
Valid range determines the dates during which the gift voucher can be used.
% or Fixed sum determines whether the gift voucher gives a percentage discount or a fixed amount, such as 10% off or £5 off.
Applies to determines which products the gift voucher can be used against. You can set this to a specific product or to product sub-categories.
