Modules are slow and searches take a long time

In case of slowness on modules, please contact the support team.

At times, you may experience slowness in the product.

If you are experiencing the following:

  • Cannot process a booking due to slowness of the Booking Module.

  • Till is slow to operate.

  • Epos is acting slowly.

Please raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.

We need to know:

  • Which areas are being affected.

  • If all employees are experiencing the same issue.

The support team will investigate further and provide a resolution.
