The latest version of the software can be requested to our support team, and will be handled in collaboration with the engineering team.

When to ask for an update

You can ask for an update in each of the below instances:

  • The system is slow.

  • You wish to have the latest update with performance fixes.

  • You wish to have the latest features and functionalities.

Raise a case

If you would like to get an update to the latest version of Gamma, please raise a new case with the title of this article with the following information:

  1. Main contact who will take ownership of the update and communicate with us during the update process.

  2. Reason for updating: This could be in order to resolve a bug or because you'd like to test a new feature - this will just help us prioritise our internal update list.


What to expect next

Once you have made the request we will raise an internal case and a member of the team will contact you in regards to scheduling an update.

  • Update your test environment first and expect a sign off sheet returned to indicate that you have gone through testing the main areas of your use.

  • Once we have received this sign off sheet back, we will then schedule a time to get this update rolled onto your live environment.
