📌Note: If you are not live with support and you have outstanding issues after you've gone live that is being worked on by your project manager. Please raise this with your project manager who will have all the information to hand to update/fix your issue.
Please remember that we can’t always guarantee that any custom work implemented is future-proof. Whilst we do our best to ensure custom functionality doesn’t break when we update the product with new functionality and fixes, there will always be a risk.
